Privacy and your data

A summary in plain language. The Privacy Policy is the binding document.

What other students can see

Your grades are never visible to anyone else. Not to other students, not to professors, not on any profile.

What can become visible, and only by your choice:

• A course outline you contribute as a blueprint: assessments, dates, and weights, with no grades attached.
• Your profile, if you switch it to public. Private is the default, and a private profile is genuinely unsearchable.
• Your follower count, if your profile is public. Your follower list is never retrievable by anyone.

Payment data

Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by ConcordiaTracker. We keep a customer reference, your plan, and its status.

Your rights under Law 25

Quebec’s Law 25 gives you the right to access your data, correct it, and have it deleted. Deleting your account from Settings → Account removes it. For a copy of your data or any other request, write to concordiatracker@gmail.com.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show advertising in the app.
• We do not connect to Moodle, eConcordia, or your student record, and never ask for those credentials.
