Community
Community answers a different question from the rest of the app: what is happening around you that is not your own coursework. It has four sections: Feed, Events, Messages, and You.
Only approved organizations publish here. Students follow, react, comment and message, but there is no student posting: it is a campus noticeboard with a conversation attached, not a place to broadcast yourself.
Feed
The Feed is everything organizations have published, newest first, with the clubs you follow leading. It mixes their posts (a picture, a set of pictures, or a short video, with a caption) and their events. Stories from clubs sit in a row at the top and disappear after one to three days.
On a post you can like it, comment (and reply to a comment), repost it to your profile, or send it to someone. Anything you have already scrolled past moves below a You are all caught up line on that device, so the new things are always first; nothing is removed.
Events
Events lists the same events by when they start, grouped into this week and later. Each shows its host, category, date and time, whether it is in person or online, and where. Filter by category, or switch on For my program to show only events tagged for what you study, matched against the program on your profile.
Opening an event shows the full description, location, and host. From there you can add it to your calendar in one tap (it lands on your personal layer), set a reminder, or share it. Shared links open a public page that anyone can view without an account.
Clubs and organizations
Every organization has a profile with its bio, links, events, posts, and reposts. A blue seal marks a verified organization: an account confirmed as genuinely representing that group. Following one puts its posts and events first in your Feed, and you get a notification when it publishes a new post.
You can also message a club from its profile, and its team answers from their organizer inbox. A club can only start a conversation with you if you follow it and have not switched club messages off.

People and messages
You follow people the same way you follow clubs. When two people follow each other they are connected, which is what lets you send each other messages freely and, if you choose, share your class schedule. Someone you are not connected to can send you one first message, without links, which you can answer or ignore. Settings let you limit who can message you.
Messages also holds your conversations with clubs and your support tickets, each in its own filter. You can send photos (once someone has written back to you) and emoji, and when a conversation picks up again after a break of an hour or more, the time shows in the middle of the chat.
Your profile
You is your own profile, exactly as others see it, with an edit button. Your profile is private by default: until you make it public in Settings → Privacy, it does not appear in search.
Follower and following counts show on every profile. The lists behind them are open on public profiles only: on a private profile, only you and the people you follow back can see them. Your grades are never on your profile or anywhere else another person can see.
