For organizations

Setting up your organization

From no account to a public profile students can follow. Worth doing properly once: your profile is what every event you post is attached to.

1. Request access

Go to concordiatracker.com/organizer/request with your organization’s name, a contact email, and what you run. You get a case number back, and the same page has a Check a request tab to look up its status.

2. Accept your invitation

Approved requests get a single-use invitation link that expires. Opening it creates the organization account and signs you in as its owner.

New organizations start pending. You can create and edit events immediately, but publishing and notifying followers unlock once an administrator approves the account.

3. Set up your public profile

Profile is the most important screen in the portal. Students judge whether to follow you from it, and your brand colour carries through the feed so your events are recognisably yours.

A live preview updates as you type, and View public profile shows students’ exact view.

4. Get verified

Verified organizations show a blue seal, which tells students the account genuinely represents your group. Verification is granted by an administrator: reach out once your profile is filled in.

5. Invite your team

From Team, invite people by name, email, and role. Each invitation is a single-use link you can send however you like.

This matters more than it looks for student groups: when your executive turns over, remove the outgoing members and invite the incoming ones. The account, followers, and event history carry on.
