Planner
My record
Your record is the list of courses you have finished. Almost everything else in the Planner depends on it: prerequisite checks, degree progress, and the eligibility filter in the schedule builder all read from it.
Adding courses
Add them one at a time, or paste your transcript and let the app read it. Pasting shows you every row it found next to the line of text it came from, and nothing is saved until you have checked it. Rows it could not place a term for are held back rather than guessed at.
Grades are optional. A course without one still counts toward your credits and still satisfies prerequisites; it just does not affect the GPA.
Marking it complete
When your record is complete, say so. Until you do, nothing in the app will tell you that you are missing a prerequisite, because telling somebody they lack a course they took two years ago is worse than staying quiet.
Past and future terms
Terms that have already happened are editable at any time, including grades and notations like FNS. Repeated courses follow Concordia’s rule for which attempt counts.
