Organizer portal
The organizer portal is for student associations, clubs, and university offices publishing to the Community tab.
Getting access
Apply at concordiatracker.com/organizer/apply, or open an invitation link if we sent you one. Applying opens your dashboard immediately; the club is pending until an administrator approves it, and nothing reaches students before then.
Publishing
Events carry a title, date and time, whether they are in person or online, location, description, category, a banner image, and the programs they are relevant to. Every event gets a public link that anyone can open without an account, which makes it shareable on social media.
Posts are a picture, a set of pictures, or a short video with a caption, and they notify your followers. Stories stay up for one to three days. Posts and stories can be saved as drafts for your team to finish, and two clubs can co-author a post so it appears on both profiles.
Inbox
Students can message your club from its profile, and anyone on your team with access can reply. A club can only start a conversation with a student who follows it and has not switched club messages off.
Your public profile
Set your name, handle, bio, logo, banner, brand colour, and links. Your brand colour carries through the feed, so your events are recognisably yours. Verified organizations show a seal.
Insights
Aggregate numbers: followers, posts, events published, and events still to come.
Figures are aggregate only. Organizers can never see which individual students viewed, followed, or added an event. Students are frequently minors and always covered by Quebec privacy law, and there is no version of this feature that identifies them.
Your team
Invite people by account or by email, give each a role, create custom roles with their own permissions, and hand ownership over when your executive turns over. Every change is recorded in Activity, where most can be undone.
