For organizations

Publishing your first event

Events are the point of the portal. Each one lands in the Community feed, gets its own shareable public page, and can be added to a student’s calendar in one tap.

1. Create the event

From your dashboard choose Create event and fill in:

2. Preview it

The editor shows a live student-eye preview of the card as you type. Check the title is not truncating and the banner is not cropping badly.

3. Publish

Publishing puts it in the Community feed and on your public profile. Every event also gets a public link that anyone can open without an account: paste it into Instagram, a group chat, or a poster QR code.

4. Notify your followers

Once approved, you can notify followers when you post something new. Use it deliberately: a group that notifies on everything gets unfollowed.

5. Read your reach

The dashboard reports followers, calendar adds, event follows, and views. Calendar adds are the number worth watching: a view is a glance, but adding an event to a calendar is a student telling you they intend to come.

Metrics are aggregate only. You can never see which individual students viewed, followed, or added an event, and there is no tier that changes that.
