Prerequisite tree

Two views of the same question, because the two questions are different.

Board

A course library on the left and a canvas on the right. Drag a course onto the board and it brings in what it requires above it and what it unlocks below, so one drag gives you a chain rather than a single card. Cards can be moved, zoomed, and tidied back into rows.

An arrow between two cards means Concordia’s calendar names the upper course inside the lower one’s prerequisite. Where the wording is a rule that cannot be read as a course code, no arrow is drawn rather than a wrong one.

List

Pick one course and see its full requirement chain as an indented list, with what you have already cleared marked off, plus every course that names it as a prerequisite.

Meeting a prerequisite is not the only condition a course can carry. Standing, programme and permission requirements exist too, and the department is the authority.
