ConcordiaTracker is a web app for Concordia University students. You add your courses once, by importing an outline another student or a professor has already shared, by uploading a syllabus PDF, or by typing them in, and it tracks what is due, what each piece of work is worth, and where your grade actually stands. If you connect Moodle, your dated Moodle events join the calendar too. It is independent software: not affiliated with Concordia University, and never connected to eConcordia or your student record.

What it does

• Every deadline in one place: Deadlines from every course land on one Today view, sorted by what is due next, instead of being scattered across Moodle, email, and PDFs.
• Grades and GPA on Concordia’s scale: Grade calculations run on Concordia’s 4.30 scale. See the mark you need on what is left to hit a target, and run what-if scenarios before you commit.
• Dates you can trust: Every date carries its provenance (taken from an official outline, confirmed by other students, or unverified), so you know which ones to double-check.
• Plan next term before you register: Search the full Concordia course calendar, check prerequisites, build a timetable from real sections, and get told when a full section opens a seat.
• Moodle deadlines, synced: Paste your Moodle calendar link once and dated Moodle events come into your calendar, checked again every night. A moved date shows the old and new date side by side.
• Campus events from clubs: Student clubs and organizations publish events and posts in the Community tab. Follow the ones you care about and add any event to your calendar in one tap.

Yes. ConcordiaTracker calculates your GPA on Concordia’s 4.30 scale, shows the grade you need on what is left to hit a target, and lets you run what-if scenarios.

Does it work for any Concordia course?

Yes, any course or faculty. Import a classmate’s or a teacher’s outline, upload your own syllabus, or build a course by hand.

Is ConcordiaTracker free?

The core (deadline tracking, the grade-needed calculator, and your full course dashboard) is free. GPA prediction and the other Semester pass features are paid.

Is ConcordiaTracker affiliated with Concordia University?

No. It is an independent project, built by students. It never connects to eConcordia or your official student record. It reads your Moodle calendar only if you paste in the calendar link Moodle gives you, and never asks for your password.

Does ConcordiaTracker sync with Moodle?

Yes, one way. Paste your Moodle calendar link in Settings, and dated Moodle events are pulled into your calendar and checked again every night. It cannot read grades or submissions, and nothing is written back to Moodle.

How does a student club get listed?

Apply at concordiatracker.com/organizer/apply. After signing in and answering a few questions, the club gets its dashboard straight away and stays pending until an administrator approves it; nothing reaches students before then.
